By viewing, accessing or using the site for the purchase of the product, you indicate that you have read and understood the Terms and Condition stated and accept them as the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, binding you to these Terms and Conditions.

Security is our prime concern and we take it very seriously.
When you complete you credit/debit card details at the checkout, all the information is encrypted before leaving the computer. The information will remain encrypted until it is received by our secure server at this stage the information the customer has entered is verified. A confirmation of the product that has been purchased by the customer is received safely and is displayed on the customer’s screen a few moments later. He/ She then receive an order confirmation after further processing by telephone/email. The same information is received by us and we start mobilizing your order.

We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted in a secure environment. You are responsible for payment of all orders placed using your user name, password and credit/ debit card. In case of any fraud related with the gateway payment Joginder Nursery or www.jogindernursery.com will not be legally responsible.

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours after you have confirmed the order at our website www.jogindernursery.com. Within 24 hours after placing the order if the customer cancels the order his/her full money will be refunded. After 24 hour has passed we will not entertain any request in any case and the product will be considered sold what so ever.

To cancel your order you are requested to call us on 9999934572 during office hours and/or email us on refund@jogindernursery.com and intimate us as quickly as possible with your full details. In case of email please clearly mention in the subject title “Cancellation of Order” along with your personal and product details and send to refund@jogindernursery.com.

Please note: It may take some time to safe return your payment with 5% deduction.

We are wholesalers of Plants and Trees and our products are self grown and therefore we believe in transferring middle man’s benefit to our customers. All the prices of the product are inclusive of delivery charges. Since this is our first phase therefore we are only operating in New Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida.

Please note:
• Your Products will only be delivered and dropped off at your doorstep only. All deliveries are made within 7 days from 10 am to 6 pm.
• Free home delivery incase of more than Rs-2000/- order.

Since the nature of our product is perishable and fragile, in that case we take all our possible care not to send any defected or damaged product, but sometimes in transportation damages can occur therefore at the time of delivering the products it is highly advised to check your product there and then only. If you feel and discover that the goods are faulty, you must notify us there and then to the delivery person.

We will in that case at your choice repair, replace or refund the faulty goods to you within next 7 working days. We strictly advice you to keep all your order and payment receipts with you.

Though we assure you that the product delivered to you will be correct with all specifications what you have ordered on the online nursery of www.jogindernursery.com and we also double check with all possibilities that the order to be delivered to the customer is accurate but it is also requested that at the time of delivery please check your product for any discrepancies. In case of any faults please notify there and then to the delivery person.

We will in that case at your choice, replace or refund the incorrect product to you within next 7 working days. We strictly advice you to keep all your order and payment receipts with you.

If you inform us that you do not wish to have this information used as a basis for further contact by Joginder Nursery only in form of newsletters, product updates etc. with you then we respect you privacy.
